Belgrade police arrest pair suspected of beheading young man

BELGRADE, Serbia -- Police arrested two people Sunday (August 24th) suspected of the brutal murder of 24-year-old Smail Taric, whose head was found on a Belgrade sidewalk. The suspects are Velibor Bakic, 24, of Montenegro and Milos Rasic, 24, of Belgrade. Authorities filed criminal charges against Danica Todorovic, 20, for illegal possession of weapons and explosives found in her apartment. (Press, Politika - 25/08/08; Beta, B92, Blic - 24/08/08)
