One Romanian soldier killed, three injured in Afghanistan

KABUL, Afghanistan -- An ambush by rebels killed one Romanian soldier and injured three on Friday morning (June 13th). Insurgents reportedly used light weapons and grenade launchers against the troops' armoured vehicles. Commanders sent a rapid intervention force to help the troops. (Rompres, Mediafax - 13/06/08)
